Council of Presidents
Elected by the members of each club or organization, the legislative body is the rules and policies maker. The COP maintains oversight responsibility over the activities of the Executive Council.

Club Affliation: Edo Heritage Foundation of Michigan
In 2008, Mr. Iyoha was elected as the Edo National Association Council of President Chairman. He has previously held positions as the president of the Edo Heritage Foundation of Michigan and chaired the ENA 2004 convention in Detroit Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia and continued on to receive a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical University in Greensboro, North Carolina. He currently works for AK Steel Corporation as a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Prior to joining AK Steel Corporation, he held various positions as a Plant Electrical Controls Engineer at Ford Motor Company (Visteon Corporation) and Controls Engineer at Delphi Corporation. He is married to Mrs. Adesuwa Iyoha and has five children.
Nature and Function
The Council of Presidents (COP) serve as the Board of
Directors of the corporation and shall be made up of presidents of all member organizations.
The role of the COP include:
a. Carry out legislative and oversight functions and responsibilities for the corporation.
b. Set goals and formulate organizational policies for the corporation.
c. Responsible for the selection and removal of members of the Executive Council and the Board of Advisors of the corporation.
d. Serve as the judiciary and disciplinary committee of the corporation.
e. Mediate or otherwise resolve disputes between a member and the corporation or between members of a member organization that may affect the corporation.
Qualifications
Only persons who are the Presidents of qualifying member
organizations or their designees are eligible to serve on the COP.
Term of Office and Appointment
Members of the COP shall serve a term of one (1) year. A member of the COP may serve successive terms, so long as he/she is the legitimate President of a qualifying member organization.
