ENA recognizes the challenges faced by Edo State citizens in getting adequate health care. To meet this challenge, ENA established the MESHCON PROJECT

MESHCON:
Make Edo State the Healthcare Capital of Nigeria
A vision established by the Edo National Association in USA and Canada as one of the proposed solutions to the healthcare challenges and exploding unemployment rate in Edo State. In 2009, a group was established by ENA Executive Council to formulate a comprehensive healthcare plan that will provide a platform for healthcare business enterprises to interface with existing public and private healthcare systems in Edo State. The ultimate goal is to increase the employment opportunities in Edo State.

The group is comprised of two ENA executives and four Medical Doctors from the United States. This group consults with other Medical Doctors and healthcare subject matter experts in Edo State and around the world.
